The Childhood Cancer Model Atlas

The Childhood Cancer Model Atlas (CCMA) is the world’s largest collection of high-risk pediatric cancer cell lines, containing over 300 childhood cancer cell lines.
The CCMA provides a unique, open-source facility to cancer researchers worldwide, and is available for every pediatric oncologist and childhood cancer researcher. It was developed thanks to generous funding from the Children’s Cancer Foundation and active collaborations with 34 cancer research institutes, universities, and academic medical centres.
The CCMA collection of over 300 childhood cancer cell lines offers researchers an opportunity to identify new therapies and biomarkers of response for pediatric cancers of greatest unmet medical need.
